After serving 28 years in prison, Vincent Marino sits down with VladTV to discuss life after his RICO case, why he says he will never return to crime, and his move into writing and filmmaking. Marino talks about his book *Patriarca Purge*, available through Marino Entertainment LLC, plans for a TV miniseries inspired by *The Sopranos* and *Animal Kingdom*, and his upcoming film *Pressed* with director Rex Palmer.

The conversation also turns to the modern Patriarca crime family, including the Boston faction, late reputed leader Carmen “The Cheese Man” DiNunzio, and Robert “Bobby” Russo, whom Marino says was his co-defendant and is now allegedly linked to leadership of the family. Marino reflects on how organized crime has changed since the violent 1990s, while discussing Boston’s North End, the FBI, the Department of Justice, and his future projects with Nicole Barsky.
