--------
Memo600 sits down with Vlad to break down his rapid rise in Chicago drill after coming home in 2016 and stepping into music almost by accident. He recalls going viral from YouTube trolling, getting encouragement from a cameraman connected to his family, and turning that momentum into early records like “Steppers” and “Exposing Me.” Memo explains how King Von later jumped on the “Exposing Me” remix, helping push the movement even further.
The interview also details how Lil Durk, known as Smurk, approached him about joining OTF while Memo was still loyal to Team 600. He discusses Just Blow being part of the deal, their short-lived Chop Squad situation with Young Chop in Atlanta, contract issues, lawyers, chains, studio time, and making $30,000 to $50,000 a month from shows. Memo reflects on going from prison conversations to touring and motivating others.
