WWE Hall of Famer Devon Dudley recently opened up about the deeply emotional moment he learned of his 2018 induction. Speaking with Vlad, Devon recalled receiving the life-changing phone call while producing a show in India. Overwhelmed, he fell to his knees, reflecting on a challenging upbringing in the projects and the obstacles he overcame to achieve his childhood dream.
Devon also shared his respect for WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, describing him as a “pure businessman” who, despite being tough and demanding—especially with producers—gave him an invaluable opportunity to transition from wrestler to producer. Reflecting on his seven-year tenure, Devon acknowledged the fierce pressure but expressed gratitude for the experience.
