Previously, it was reported that YNW Melly’s double murder retrial was postponed until March 2024. The request filed by Melly’s legal team was approved by Broward Circuit Court Judge John Murphy, and it was also revealed that the trial date is set for March 5, 2024. Now, it appears that the date has been pushed back with no clear date set.
Court documents that surfaced noted Melly and his team appeared in a Broward County court this past Friday (January 12) for a hearing to dismiss the case. The documents noted jury selection for Melly’s case will not start until March 2024 now. Take a look above.
