It was recently revealed that YFN Lucci was offered a 20-year plea deal by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. If accepted, the artist would have to serve 17 years of the sentence and plead guilty to numerous charges. However, Lucci and his legal team reportedly denied the plea offer. Now, Boosie has reacted to the news of Lucci getting offered a plea deal, saying he doesn’t believe Lucci was running any situation that warranted a RICO case.
Boosie hopped on Instagram Live and noted he rocks with Lucci, and said the rapper wasn’t doing anything that required him to get with RICO charges. From there, he questioned the witness statements submitted in the case and also noted he thinks witnesses were paid to give testimony against the incarcerated rapper, saying, “This a bad RICO, dog.” Watch above.
