During DL Hughley's latest VladTV interview, Vlad asked DL's thoughts on Gunna taking an Alford plea in the YSL RICO case. When Vlad told DL that he spoke to Gunna's lawyer, Steve Sadow, about the deal, and he explained that Sadow clarified with Vlad that Gunna's plea would not be used against other codefendants in the case.

Sadow exclusively told VladTV, "In the statement that Gunna made in court, he acknowledged what he had to, but none of his statements are admissible against others in this case.  The State is not permitted to use out-of-court statements as evidence in the RICO case.  The State will not call him as a witness because he will use his 5th amendment.  This neutralized Gunna to keep him out of the case. He is no longer part of this case."

DL responded to Sadow's statement in his interview, and he told Vlad that he doesn't believe that Gunna's plea won't be used against others in the case.

Now, Sadow has responded to DL, as he reached out to VladTV exclusively. Sadow told VladTV that DL is flat-out "wrong," and he added that he'd be open to sitting down with DL. Sadow also stated that DL "is putting people's lives in danger with his no-nothing opinions." You can read his full message above.
