Reports surfaced noting that a 23-year-old man Kewon Dontrell White was sentenced to 105 months in federal prison for a gun crime. The announcement was made by the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas—Chad Meacham. Earlier this year, in May 2022, White pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

The gun charge stems from cops discovering a pistol in the man’s pants pocket in August 2020. Police found a pistol in White’s pocket after pulling him over on a traffic violation. The man reportedly tried to flee on a dirtbike and later on foot, but he was ultimately arrested and charged.

For those unaware, White was also accused of shooting and killing 28-year-old rapper Mo3 while on the freeway in Dallas, Texas. White was charged with murder in Mo3’s death, a case that is currently open.
