On Tuesday, September 13th, Chaka Zulu, the longtime manager of Atlanta-based rapper Ludacris, was arrested and charged with murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and simple battery for an incident that took place in June. Even though Chaka turned himself in, the 52-year-old music executive has maintained his innocence, claiming that he only discharged his weapon in self-defense after being attacked in the parking lot of a restaurant in Atlanta called Apt 4B.

Video footage from the deadly scuffle that led to the death of a 23-year-old named Artez Jamil Benton appears to support Chaka's claim. Scroll up to watch.
