The trial between Johnny Depp and ex-wife and actress Amber Heard recently reiterated the fact that Amber Heard pooped on Johnny Depp's side of the bed as an act of revenge during their rocky marriage. The courtroom revelation seemed to turn the tides in the highly personal defamation case between the two actors. But just when Depp appeared to be gaining a leg up on the woman that he is suing for $50 million, a court document was read out loud that may have turned the tide once again in this courtroom battle.

Johnny Depp took the stand Thursday, where the Oscar Award-winning actor was asked by Heard's attorney, J. Benjamin Rottenborn, to acknowledge several text messages that he allegedly sent about his ex-wife. But three messages stood out in particular.

Back in 2013, Depp reportedly sent text messages to actor Paul Bettany about his future wife that said, “Lets burn Amber!!!”  before sending another that read,  “Let’s drown her before we burn her!!!”

During the cross-examination, Heard's attorney read another one of Depp's messages, before asking him a direct question about his client.

“You said, ‘I will f*** her (sic) burnt corpse afterwards to make sure she is dead,’… and you wrote that about the woman who would later become your wife?” the attorney asked.

"Yes, I did," Depp responded.

Towards the end of the cross-examination, Rottenborn asked Depp if he had read the texts messages in question, correctly. To that, the iconic method actor said, "You did, sir."

While Deep confirmed he sent the messages, he said he was "embarrassed" and "not proud" of the messages before noting that he has a "dark" sense of humor. The recent testimony may go a long way in Amber Heard's quest to countersue her ex-husband for $100 million. For more news on Johnny Depp's defamation lawsuit against Amber Heard, keep it locked.
