The age difference between Johnny Depp (58) and his ex-wife Amber Heard (35) is more than 20 years. So, perhaps a discrepancy in the maturity levels between the two actors played a role in the reason why the latter allegedly chose to intentionally defecate on Johnny Depp's side of the bed.
Regardless, Depp was so appalled by the act that he has gone on record to refer to it as the final straw in his decision to file for a divorce from Heard. That was nearly seven years ago. Since then, the two actors have been engaged in a highly publicized divorce and dueling defamation lawsuits against one another.
On Tuesday, Depp is expected to take the stand in his defamation case against Heard and it is widely believed that he will discuss the infamous "poop" incident of 2016. An occurrence that Heard initially blamed on their Yorkshire terrier dogs, before owning up to it and dismissively labeling the act as "a harmless prank from her and her friends." The stakes are incredibly high in this knockdown, drag-out defamation case because Depp is suing Heard for $50 million, while she is suing him for $100 million.
Depp's divorce from Heard back in 2017 marked his third straight official separation from a fellow actor. Only time will tell if this court case will deter him from marrying yet another.
