Kanye West was spotted at a BIG3 league basketball game this past July. As the rapper sat courtside and chatted with co-founder Ice Cube, the public was left wondering the details of their conversation. More context may have been provided as it was revealed the Donda rapper is a new BIG3 investor.

According to sources close to the situation, Kanye West started investing in the league during the 2021 season. The Chicago rapper reportedly invested "somewhere in the mid to high seven-figure mark," while Ice Cube and co-founder Jeff Kwatinetz also invested more money into the growing league.

Ye approached the topic during his recent Drink Champs interview, where he touched on his business relationship with Cube and said he'd only sign a contract that's one page or less.

The BIG3 league recently completed its fourth full season after canceling the 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
