Previously, it was revealed that Kodak Black violated his probation after failing a drug test. Now, it has been revealed he failed the drug tests due to MDMA and cannabis being present in his system.
Legal documents that surfaced noted the rapper tested positive for marijuana in his system in February 2021, then for MDMA in August 2021. Because of that, the rapper was ordered to complete a 90-day treatment program and allowed the rapper to complete 30 days of the program outside of Florida. Since then, Kodak Black and his team have asked a judge to attend the Rolling Loud NYC festival to perform.
The judge his team spoke with signed off on the request and said the rapper is good to perform at Rolling Loud as long as he keeps in contact with his Supervised Release Officer. Stay tuned for more updates.
