According to TMZ, Kodak Black has violated the terms of his probation in his federal gun case after failing a drug test. The website adds that Kodak has been ordered to get treatment.

At the top of the year, Kodak's sentence was commuted after he was pardoned by President Trump, and he was given supervised release for the remainder of his 46-month sentence. During a court hearing this week, the rapper was drug tested and he failed, which led to the judge ordering a 90-day stay in a rehab facility. According to TMZ, Kodak is already in the treatment program.

This comes after Kodak's lawyer and good friend Bradford Cohen applauded him for speaking to people dealing with addiction at the Broward County Courthouse via Zoom. Cohen shared a video, which has no sound, of Kodak speaking, along with the caption, "Kodak speaks to a Broward [Courtroom] of individuals dealing with addiction problems. He speaks about his own battles and issues and the things he feels are important to a sober life."

Cohen added, "I believe this is all part of the process or healing. There are [missteps] along the way, but people should always realize that the first step is wanting to get better. Our community should embrace a #soberchallenge before some milk crates....realize what is important in your life, its not social media...."
