Previously, Nicki Minaj and her husband, Kenneth Petty, were being sued by Kenneth Petty’s rape victim from his 1995 conviction. The accuser—Jennifer Hough, claimed that she was bribed, threatened, and harassed by the couple since they started dating in 2018. Now, a report surfaced noting that Minaj and her husband may have to face a $15 million default judgment.

According to court documents that surfaced via Hollywood Unlocked, neither Minaj nor her husband responded to the suit from Hough. Now, Hough’s attorneys have asked the court to consider a default judgment in the matter. The documents filed against Minaj and Petty said, “please enter the default of defendants Onika Tanya Maraj, and Kenneth Petty, AKA Zoo, pursuant to Rule 55(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for failure to plead or otherwise defend this action as fully appears from the court file herein and from the attached affirmation of Tyrone A. Blackburn, Esq.” As of now, Nicki Minaj and Petty haven’t publicly addressed the allegations against them by Hough. Stay tuned for more updates.
