The arrival of Kanye West’s ‘DONDA’ has found many speaking on the album and its process, and now Fivio Foreign has revealed some interesting details on the recording process for West.

While speaking to Power 106 for the LA Leakers, Fivio talked about the time spent with West for ‘DONDA.’ West, who is also executive-producing Fivio’s ‘Bible’ album, said “When we went to ‘Ye’s s**t he made us all wear like [Yeezys]. We had the vest on, he made us all wear Donda merch. I thought we were on Donda timing, I guess to get us in [that mindset].” He continued on saying, “He gave everybody Yeezys. This is what he do. It’s like a uniform. He gave us Yeezys, some type of pants, cargo black-looking [pants] and Donda shirts.”

When asked about the reasoning behind the move, Fivio said he thinks the uniforms were to keep artists’ egos in line. He said, “That’s what he do, so I guess it takes away the egos.” Take a look above.
