Lil Wayne reportedly sold his master to Universal Music Group for $100 million in June. The deal was revealed through Wayne's lawsuit with his former manager.

As previously reported, Wayne's former manager Ronald Sweeney has sued the Young Money boss for over $20 million for unpaid commissions. While Sweeney hasn't requested compensation from the Universal deal, he brought it up in the lawsuit to prove Wayne has the money to pay what he's allegedly owed.

The lawsuit with Sweeney is yet another legal issue Wayne is facing after pleading guilty to possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. The rapper is currently free on a $200,000 bond and will be sentenced on January 14, 2021.
