Attorney General Daniel Cameron recent made a claim that Breyonna Taylor’s boyfriend Kenneth Walker shot at police the night she was murdered by the cops. Cameron said former Officer Hankison was eliminated as the officer who shot Taylor because officers were carrying .40 cal handguns while Taylor’s boyfriend reportedly had a 9. Now, the results from a ballistics test has failed to prove that Cameron’s claim that a police officer in the incident was shot by Kenneth Walker.

The ballistics report conducted by the LMPD said that due to “limited markings of comparative value,” the 9mm bullet that hit Officer Mattingly has been “identified nor eliminated as having been fired” from Kenneth Walker’s gun. As of now, Mattingly and Officer Cosgrove have not been charged with any crime, while former officer Hankison was charged with three counts of wantonly endangering the neighbors of Breonna Taylor due to shots fired that hit their apartments. Stay tuned for more details in this situation.
