The coronavirus caused many states to implement stay-at-home orders for citizens to slow the spread, but that hasn’t stopped people from partying and gathering. Previously, video footage surfaced showing a house party in Chicago that went down last week, and allegedly had 1,000 people in attendance. Now, video footage has surfaced of what appears to be Atlanta’s West End Mall filled with a large crowd of people.

In the video, the massive crowd of people can be seen gathering in the mall parking lot while shooting off fireworks in the sky. Along with that, a car is in the middle of the crowd doing donuts. This footage surfaced not too long after Georgia Governor Brian Kemp revealed that the state would begin to re-open non-essential businesses. Although Georgia noted businesses would be allowed to re-open, Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms said the decision was baffling. Stay tuned for more details on this situation.
