Recently, it was revealed that the ‘Leaving Neverland’ documentary about Michael Jackson won an Emmy for Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction special. The documentary beat out Beyoncé’s ‘Homecoming’ Netflix special, which many fans were upset about. Michael Jackson’s estate previously noted the documentary was “just another rehash of dated and discredited allegations.”
News of this comes after the director of the ‘Neverland’ documentary—Dan Reed said there were holes in one of the accuser’s story.
