Following a report earlier this month that Dennis Rodman allegedly robbed a yoga studio in California, the NBA legend has now also been accused of slapping a man at his own birthday party in Florida.

In the police report obtained by TMZ, the Delray Beach Police Dept. describes an alleged battery that occurred on May 17th at the Buddha Sky Bar, noting that the alleged victim, Jeff Soulouque, was in attendance at the party when Rodman "unprovokedly turned around and smacked him," in the face.

The 30-year-old Soulouque claims Rodman then immediately began apologizing for the incident and invited him out to dinner as an attempted peace offering, however, Soulouque declined and instead went to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a left corneal abrasion. Soulouque then went to the police the following day to file the report.

Additionally, the police reportedly have a witness who has verified Soulouque's account, who says he was standing twenty feet away from the men when "Rodman turned around and open hand smacked Soulouque two times."

Meanwhile, Rodman's attorney, Lorne Berkeley, has denied that his client slapped anyone, telling TMZ that “I’ve spoken with people who were with Dennis the entire night of the alleged incident at Buddha Sky Bar. No one saw any such incident occur and Dennis was sober the entire night. Currently, the matter is in its preliminary stages but we fully expect after a thorough investigation that no such incident will be substantiated. Dennis denies any such incident occurred.”

The former "Bad Boy" and 5x NBA champion turned 58-years-old a few days earlier.
