A few weeks ago, it was reported that attorney Michael Avenatti was in possession of a new 42-minute R. Kelly sex tape, of which was allegedly made with an underage girl in a similar fashion as the original sex tape that was uncovered over 15 years ago. Now with R. Kelly arrested on 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse, Avenatti has taken to his Twitter to reveal more specifics about the reported tape, while emphasizing that all signs point to the female in the video being only 14 years of age.

"In response to press inquiries, below is further information regarding the videotape we provided yesterday to prosecutors," Avenatti wrote in the tweet, while adding that "it leaves no doubt as to R. Kelly's guilt as to these serious sex crimes against underage girls."

Within the further information provided, it's reported that Kelly explicitly refers to the female's "14-year-old p****" in the footage," while the alleged victim refers to herself as 14-years-old repeatedly throughout the tape.

From there, it also states that there's substantial evidence that proves Kelly and his team hid the tape from prosecutors during his 2008 trial, while obstructing justice by paying off witnesses to destroy all copies of the tape prior to the trial.

Meanwhile, elsewhere in his tweets, Avenatti revealed that Kelly went to a local McDonalds as soon as he was released from jail on bond, and proceeded to violate conditions of his bail by taking pictures with underage girls inside the restaurant. Avenatti also suggested that it was the same McDonalds that Kelly had preyed on underage girls for years.
