Update 01/03/2019:
The LAPD has released the name and mugshot of the suspect who notoriously burglarized Hollywood mansions, including the homes of notable stars such as Usher, Jason Derulo, and Adam Lambert. The arrest of Benjamin Eitan Ackerman was announced on Wednesday (Jan 2), for his connection to the burglaries of at least 13 homes, in which the man was recently found with over 2,000 stolen items that have been approximately valued at $2 million.
“Ackerman targeted high-end celebrity homes that were for sale or were being shown during open house appointments," LAPD Capt. Cory Palka said at a press conference, further elaborating that Ackerman likely posed as an interested buyer or a real estate broker looking to show the property.
Although the identity of the suspect has only recently been revealed, the authorities actually arrested Ackerman back in late September of last year, while he's now currently being held on $1 million bail.

Original 01/02/2019:
Earlier in the year, it was reported that Usher's Los Angeles home was burglarized of countless valuable items in addition to the security camera recording box. Now over eight months later, TMZ reports that in addition to the $800K of valuables stolen from Usher, the suspect was recently caught with approximately 2,000 items valued at over $2 million.
The suspect had apparently been flaunting his recent fortune, telling family members that he had done well in the stock market. It's believed that the suspect's method was to attend open houses to scope out his plan, in which he'd return at a later date to make off with the valuables. Additionally, through researching social media and tour date schedules, the suspect was able to confirm that his victims weren't home.
It's also been reported that another celebrity that was burglarized by the suspect is an unidentified Real Housewives star.
