In a recent interview with CNN's Van Jones, Kim Kardashian spoke about a number of topics, namely her prison reform advocacy that saw her get Alice Marie Johnson's unjust sentence pardoned. When asked about the potential of her running for office in wake of her advocacy and for the success of a non-politician like Trump opening the door for celebrities like her, Kim replied: "never say never."
Kim did go on to clarify her answer stating:
"But that's not going to be like a 'Kim's running!' That's not where I'm, what I'm going for, [...] I just want to help, starting one person at a time. I think sometimes if more people would just put their personal feelings aside and talk about really issues that have to be discussed, then so much more can get done."
