On Tuesday XXL revealed its annual Freshman Class, and while many names on the list didn't come as a surprise to anyone who's been paying attention to the young guns of hip-hop, it's the rappers who didn't make the cut which has a lot of people talking.

A lot of folks were surprised not to see Detroit spitter Tee Grizzley grace the cover nor Brooklyn firebrand Tekashi 6ix9ine. Also conspicuously missing was Memphis rapper Moneybagg Yo and ratchet teen Bhad Bhabie, though the 15-year-old who became famous for her infamous behavior on an episode of Dr. Phil apparently agrees that she's too young to be a Freshman.

Bhabie, real name Danielle Bregoli, commented on not making the cut in a tweet on Tuesday. According to her, it's only natural that a magazine sponsored by a condom company isn't going to choose a 15-year-old girl.

"U can't expect a 15 year old female to make a list sponsored by a condom company...even if i got more votes than anyone times 10," wrote Bhad Bhabie. "#facts it's all good bhabie bhabie."

As for who did make the list, it included Lil Pump, Smokepurpp, Ski Mask the Slump God, J.I.D. Stefflon Don, Blocboy JB, Trippie Redd, Wifisfuneral, YBN Nahmir, and Lil Skies, though Skies reportedly refused to attend the photoshoot.
