Just a day before he is scheduled to drop his third solo studio album, Pusha T has changed the title for his new project.

The G.O.O.D Music rapper confirmed the change after taking to Twitter on Wednesday, revealing that the original title didn’t represent the direction of the album.

"I changed the album title from “King Push” to “DAYTONA” because I felt it didn’t represent the overall message of this body of work," he tweeted. “DAYTONA” represents the fact that I have the luxury of time. That luxury only comes when u have a skill set that your confident in.”

Fans have been gearing up for the album after Kanye West revealed he was working on multiple projects last month. West raised the levels of anticipation for the project after he tweeted a photo of himself getting busy in a studio. In the picture, Kanye had tracklists for all the projects he’s currently producing. At the time, Kanye had only eight songs marked down for Pusha's project, but there is no telling if any of the tracks made the album.

However, according to Pusha T, this album will be a project his fans are used to hearing from the rapper. “This album is for my family...high taste level, luxury, drug raps fans” he tweeted “Literally this is nothing more than the outcome of our musical therapy sessions.”
