California native, Lil Xan recently fell victim to the harsh realities of criticizing hip-hop legends after he called famed late rapper 2Pac “boring” whenever discussing the impact of his music. Since then, Xan has received a wave of negative comments for his view. Waka Flocka “banned” Xan from all things hip-hop and T.I co-signed his choice.

Xan stayed rooted to his word and criticized the publication for misreporting him while making it known that he’s not going anywhere.

"Sorry, you gotta look at this ugly face for a lot longer guys," Xan said in a video response to the backlash.

Off the announcement of his new album 'Total Xanarchy,' Xan was out and about whenever a teenager decided to approach him out for his comments. In a video published on Instagram, Xan is seen embroiled in a heated back and forth with a young man who allegedly took offense to his comments about 2Pac. In the video, the teen gets pushed back while egging on Xan to a physical confrontation. Xan is held back by a group of men. While being held back, Xan can be heard yelling, “I’m the king of this f***ing city repeatedly.”

The teen spoke to DJ Von exclusively, revealing that he initially confronted Xan about 2Pac, and later the rapper started pointing him out and saying that the teen was coming at him. The teen then said that he challenged Xan to a fight, but nothing ever transpired between them. The teen also said that Xan called the police himself and was escorted away from the situation.
