Previously, it was noted that “Pharma Bro” Martin Shkreli may be hit with 15 years in prison for securities fraud. Along with that, it was revealed that he might have to hand over his extremely rare Wu-Tang Clan album. Now, news surfaced saying Shkreli was hit with seven years in prison for securities fraud.

According to the Chicago Tribune, Shkreli cried in court as he apologized to the investors he defrauded, as well as to the judge on the case. The judge ruled Shkreli would have to give up over $7.3 million in personal assets as well as a brokerage account. That coveted Wu album is among those personal assets.

Along with getting under the 15-year-minimum he was supposed to receive, Shkreli was hit with three years of probation, and ordered to cough up $75,000 as a fine.
