Update:

Forbes reports that Migos' latest album debuted at No.1 moving just under 200,000 copies, with 150,000 coming from streaming platforms.

Migos may not have walked away from this Sunday's 60th Annual Grammy Awards with a trophy, but their accolades continue to roll in. The trio was nominated for Best Rap Album and Best Rap Performace, but they were defeated by Kendrick Lamar's might DAMN album. None the less, Migos released Culture II this past week, and it looks like they will take the number one spot on the charts this week.

Billboard reports that Culture II is expected to move between 180,000 and 200,000 equivalent album units in the week ending on February 1st. The feat would give Migos their second number one album. Their last album, the commercial monster Culture, sold 131,000 units in its first week. Their follow-up effort outsold Culture by 50,000-70,000 units.

Culture II's singles include "Stir Fry" which is produced by Pharell Williams, and "Motorsport," which featured Nicki Minaj and Cardi B's first official appearance on a song together. Migos are expected to release solo ventures soon as well, continuing their lucrative run of crafting hip-hop bangers.

Migos will become the fifth rap group with more than one No. 1 album after Culture II tops this charts this week. The trio would join the company of D12, A Tribe Called Quest, Beastie Boys, and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony.
