For those unaware, Cleveland Cavaliers player Iman Shumpert isn't only a ballplayer, but a rapper as well. The shooting guard recently made an appearance on Funk Flex's Hot 97 show, where he fired off bars for those who didn't take his rapping abilities seriously.

During the freestyle, Shumpert raps about his wife Teyana Taylor, makes references to 'Sex and the City,' and even speaks on the pressure of living up to being a good father. Along with that, Shumpert touched on balancing out rapping and designing with his new responsibilities as a father.

Shumpert didn't show up to Hot 97 alone though, as TV personalities Desus and Mero can be seen in the background while the Cavs player rhymes. This isn't Shumpert's first venture into rapping, as he released music via his SoundCloud in the past, which included a freestyle over G Herbo and Nicki Minaj's "Chiraq."
