Recently we reported that Philly rapper Meek Mill was arrested by the NYPD late last night and was charged with recklessly driving his dirt bike through the NYC streets. TMZ reported that around 10:00 pm, residents complained about people riding dirt bikes and after looking at social media, determined it was the Philly rapper riding without a helmet.
