Oh, Meek Mill. Last night, the Philly rapper was taken into police custody after he was allegedly caught recklessly driving a motorcycle down NYC streets.
Now, TMZ is reporting he was officially arrested and charged with reckless endangerment. It happened around 10:15 PM on Dyckman St. in Manhattan. That's when a witness called police after seeing a group of people riding around & popping wheelies. Cops took one look at social media and saw the "Wins and Losses" rapper riding without a helmet.
Meek's lawyer, Joseph Tacopina, is stating he is being singled out because of his fame. Those who follow Meek on social media say they saw his encounter with police on his Instagram live. His comments are already flooded with "Free Meek Mill."
