Roy Oliver, the officer who shot and killed 15-year-old Jordan Edwards in the Dallas suburb on Balch Springs, has turned himself in. According to CBS Dallas-Forth Worth, Oliver turned himself in at the Parker County Sheriff’s Department Friday (May 5) night.
The Parker County Jail website has his bail set at $300,000. Previous reports stated that a murder warrant was issued for Oliver after evidence showed that he " intended to cause serious bodily injury and commit an act clearly dangerous to human life that caused the death of an individual."
