Roy Oliver, the Dallas officer who fatally shot 15-year-old Jordan Edwards as he and some friends were leaving a party, will be facing murder charges for the death. A judge signed a murder warrant for Oliver's death, but according to multiple reports, the 37-year-old has yet to be arrested.

Dallas County Sheriff’s Department said the warrant was placed because of evidence showing that Oliver "intended to cause serious bodily injury and commit an act clearly dangerous to human life that caused the death of an individual."

More details to come.
