The footage for JC vs Tay Roc at the Smack/URL "Born Legacy" event was recently released and shows a much closer battle than was the case when it occurred live. VladTV Battle Rap Journalist Michael Hughes caught up with JC after the battle, and despite everyone in the venue believing Roc won, JC felt as though it would be much different once the footage was released, and it appears as though fans agree with him.
While there are many who still believe Tay Roc won, there have been numerous Battle Rap fans edging the battle in favor of JC 2-1 on the YouTube comments. JC suffered from severe mic issues during the battle which prevented the audience from clearly hearing his bars, and also limited his performance. However the audio captured on camera has shed new light on JC's bars.
