According to his baby mama Jasmine Woodford, Chi-Town's Chief Keef neglected to get his young daughter signed up for healthcare this year.
Woodford told TMZ that she's a "poor nursing student" who cannot afford a health plan, while Keef signed a $6 million record deal and has at least half a mill in liquid assets.
