It seems that Warren Sapp now has more to worry about than filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Sapp now fears he may potentially face a defamation lawsuit from current NFL free agent Jeremy Shockey, who was accused by Sapp of being the "snitch" who leaked the Saints' bounty scandal to league officials.

The two kind of went back and forth on Twitter a while back when Sapp initially made his comments, but nothing much was made over the situation. In recent weeks, it has been said that Shockey is seriously considering taking legal action Sapp.

When Sapp filed for bankruptcy he listed Jeremy Shockey as a possible creditor along with others which include mothers of his kids and the IRS.

Sapp warned the judge in his bankruptcy case that Shockey may be looking to to these actions.
