Tim Tebow is in the news again, but this time the newly acquired Jets QB is making headlines due to a legal dilemma over the possession and ownership of the term "Tebowing." The term is claimed to be created by Jared Kleinstein, who is the creator of the popular website www.tebowing.com

Kleinstein filed paperwork with the US Patent and Trademark Office for the rights to "Tebowing."

Tim Tebow's lawyers are disputing the claim and suggesting that their client should have ownership of the term, because anyone else owning it "is likely to cause some confusion."

Kleinstein's application has been turned down before and he now has until Aug. 22 to respond to the current dispute.

The 24 Year- old Kleinstein has profited off the popular term by selling t-shirts on his website. He had this to say regarding the legal battle.

"If you told me tomorrow I got rejected on the trademark and would never have control over the merchandise ... bummer," Kleinstein told Newsday. "But I've been enjoying myself and I've been having fun with this process...I wasn't in this in the first place to make money."

What do you think? Should Tim Tebow or Jared Kleinstein be awarded the rights to "Tebowing?'
