Gay rapper in hip-hop is something that has often been debated and talked about, and who better to weigh in than of-the-moment-rapper A$AP Rocky? Rocky added a fresh take on the subject, as he recently sat down with Spinner, where he shared his thoughts on homosexuality and hip-hop.

"I don't give a f*ck about your business," ASAP Rocky said in an interview. "Man, if you're gay we can be friends. If you're straight, we can be friends. I'm not gay, I don't plan on being gay, I don't condone it and I'm not sayin' I'm against it. I really don't give a f*ck and I don't think anyone should care about what another man's preference is... unless he's interested, if you know what I'm sayin' ... Who gives a f*ck? --- I like women. I love women. I'm not going to not be your friend because you like men."

He added that he doesn't judge people based on their sexual preference, but rather on their morals and actions.

"As long as you're a great person and, aside from that, y'know, you don't bother me and make me uncomfortable, then let's be friends, dude. It doesn't matter. You don't see people for being gay. People need to leave gay people the f*ck alone. Like, who cares? If you still care about sh*t like that you need to just hang yourself like the rest of them KKK motherf*ckers. For real. Who gives a f*ck?"

Rocky isn't going out on a limb and saying hip-hop needs gay rappers, but he says they definitely need to open their minds on the subject.

"I'm not saying that hip-hop needs gay rappers or anything," Rocky added, "but they need to stop being so close-minded because that will just cause the genre to fail. Look at pop. Pop doesn't discriminate against people. Look at Lady Gaga, y'know what I mean? Who the f*ck makes the rules for hip-hop? Who the f*ck dictates who's cool and who's not? F*ck you. [Hate a person] because they're a thief or a bad person. Don't hate 'em for what they choose to do, because they make decisions on their own time what they choose to do. I don't care and it's like f*cked up that hip-hop is so retarded. They don't want to accept nothing."

Do you agree?
