Lindsay Lohan is working hard to banish her party girl image, and even going as far as suing a Duba-based party planning company for using her name to promote a NYE bash.
The embattled starlet believes that the company has been falsely claiming that she agreed to make an appearance at the party on a giant ocean liner.
Lohan's attorney, Stephanie Ovadia, sent out a warning to the company to stop using her client's name or they'll sue.
