Usher's ex-wife Tameka Raymond is demanding that a judge test Usher for illicit drugs, which she believes he's taking while around their children. Tameka is urging a judge to test him immediately before he can rid his body of the drugs.
Usher has refused to be tested on the grounds that Tameka's demands are "frivolous and unfounded" and were only brought up to "harass and embarrass" him. Tameka's lawyers are still going full force with the case in the couple's nasty custody war.
