Music runs in the family. Legendary singer/poet/musician Bob Dylan's grandson Pablo Dylan is pursuing music just as his famous grandfather did, except his genre is slightly different. the 15 year old is pursuing a rap career. in an interview with AllHipHop Pablo admitted that he became interested in rap after he heard Eminem's "The Eminem Show." Currently he has a mixtape tape out titled "10 Minutes " and is working on a single with Young Money artist Lil Chuckee.
Pablo says of himself that he would like to be known for his own merits and not his surname, in reference to his grandfather, "Of course we do two different things, and I don't want people to see me for what he has done; but, what I have done, I mean from a musical and personal standpoint, is definitely influenced by him." He also goes on to liken his grandfather to a famous rapper "My grandfather, I consider him the Jay-Z of his time, and he definitely has a legacy that a lot of people look up to. He feels strongly about my music and I love him to death."
