16-year-old Andrew Kelley and his brother were fighting inside an Apple store in Columbus, Ohio. When the two were outside, in plain view by other shoppers, Andrew shot younger brother Andrake in the head. That was Saturday - Andrake fought for his life in the hospital but only made it till Wednesday.
