County’s Twin Towers jail. According to him, an inmate entered his cell while he was asleep and attacked him with a blade, leaving severe head wounds that required staples and blood transfusions at General Hospital. Lil Jungle Boy says he fought back in self-defense and broke the attacker’s neck. He also alleges abuse involving sheriff’s deputies and a family member in the department.
