Part 1: Poetik Flakko on Vlad's Lawsuit Against Aries Spears Over Unauthorized Video
--------
Poetik Flakko sits down with Vlad for a wide-ranging conversation about internet backlash, media rivalries, and the realities of building a career on YouTube. Flakko reflects on how Adam22 and No Jumper helped launch his platform, while explaining why the audience dynamic eventually became unhealthy. Vlad compares that criticism to years of being called “the police” in hip hop media, discussing DJ Akademiks, Charlamagne Tha God, Math Hoffa, Van Lathan, Big Boy, N.O.R.E., Elliott Wilson, and Peter Rosenberg.
The conversation turns to Corey Holcomb, the 5150 show, and Flakko’s issues with Holcomb after online comments and accusations. Vlad explains why he chose to speak with Corey privately, attend his stand-up shows, and move forward despite past tension. The interview also touches on Aries Spears, Ice-T, Black comedy audiences, No Jumper drama, media authenticity, and how public beefs play into the YouTube algorithm.
