Criminal defense attorney Bradford Cohen sits down with Vlad to discuss his work for Travis Scott following the rapper’s 2024 Miami Beach arrest connected to disorderly intoxication and trespassing allegations. Cohen breaks down why he viewed the case as minor from the start, explaining that prosecutors ultimately pursued a trespass charge after an incident near a yacht dock.
According to Cohen, his team moved quickly, sending an investigator to photograph the area the day after the arrest. Those images, he says, showed there were no “no trespassing” signs posted at the dock. Cohen also details how Travis Scott allegedly left when police asked him to, then returned for a forgotten backpack before being arrested. The attorney says the case was dismissed after he challenged later photos presented by the state.
Cohen also shares his personal impression of Travis Scott and mentions crossing paths with him in Monaco.
