In this flashback, Tupac Shakur's biological father, Billy Garland, detailed his life story in this VladTV exclusive. Garland reflected on his childhood experiences and the events that led him to join the Black Panther Party. He discussed his role in the political organization, as well as his relationship with fellow Black Panther Afeni Shakur.

After conceiving Tupac with Afeni, Garland's presence in his son's life was limited to Tupac's early years. He explained the circumstances that ultimately led to his estrangement from the future Hip-Hop legend. Later in the interview, Garland broke down the chain of events that led to him reconnecting with Tupac and how they began rebuilding their relationship.
