In this flashback, Lil Durk opened up about the “fake friends” he realized he had after being arrested and denied bail on a gun possession charge. After his release, Durk took to Twitter to call out those who didn’t show him support while he was locked up.

In this exclusive clip, the “Dis Ain’t What U Want” rapper discussed the support he provides to his incarcerated “brothers” and how he didn’t receive nearly the same level of support during his own time behind bars. Durk explained that he makes sure his incarcerated friends have anything they need while serving their time, revealing that “like, 20 of the guys” were locked up.

Despite not receiving much help himself, Durk said, “As long as I take care of my people I’m straight,” emphasizing the importance of making sure his people have what they need while incarcerated.
