Former U.S. Army Ranger Nicholas Irving spoke candidly about the escalating conflict with Iran in a recent interview. He revealed that the new Iranian leader has lost his entire family in the initial wave of U.S. strikes—his wife, mother, and father—fueling an unrelenting drive for revenge. “There is no stopping at this point," Irving said, emphasizing the leader’s readiness to go all out, unafraid of death.
Irving warned that while the U.S. has destroyed Iranian munitions and launch sites, Iran continues missile attacks on neighboring countries, including the UAE and Bahrain, signaling a broader regional threat. Both he and host Shawn Prez predicted an inevitable intensification of violence despite ongoing negotiations.
Irving suggested the conflict might force the U.S. to “take the L” and reconsider its approach, acknowledging a prolonged struggle with no easy exit. The war’s ripple effects extend beyond America and Iran, involving the entire Middle East.
