Wack100 emphatically denied any such filings, clarifying that no official assault charges were ever filed by him against Big U. The paperwork referenced includes intercepted calls where Big U reportedly said he wanted to “break Wack 100’s jaw,” but Wack100 pointed out these were statements of frustration, not confirmed threats or completed acts.
Legal documents show these statements were used by prosecutors as part of a RICO conspiracy case involving Big U, with defense attorneys arguing the comments were private frustrations and not directed threats. Wack100 insisted that since he never heard these threats nor was physically harmed, there is no basis for assault charges from his side. He stressed the importance of not mixing facts with speculation and reaffirmed his reputation in the Valley as someone not involved in such legal disputes.
