The conflict recently escalated when 50 Cent posted a controversial meme involving Papoose’s wife, boxing champion Claressa Shields, which many saw as a disrespectful jab at their relationship. Papoose criticized 50 Cent for fueling false narratives and stirring drama within the Black and Latino communities, noting that 50 rarely targets others outside these groups. While 50 Cent later issued a rare apology, claiming to be a fan of Claressa, Papoose called out 50’s tactics as manipulative, designed to provoke responses and then delete posts to frame others as instigators.
